Discretionary Portfolio Management

This is a portfolio management service designed for institutional, high net worth as well as middle income clients who seek to achieve their various investment goals and objectives without their personal involvement in making day to day investment decisions. Reliance is placed on the Fund Manager’s expertise to manage the fund, and therefore attracts management and incentive fees.

This service is offered on two platforms: Pooled Funds and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA).

a) Pooled Funds: Management of various clients’ funds in a pool for the benefit of all the subscribers. Entry requirement is N1M

The Manager’s primary objectives for these funds are capital appreciation as well as to consistently generate real returns which are equal to, or exceed the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) All Share Index (ASI).

Daily portfolio valuation is effected which yields bid and offer prices and entry is based on the offer price, whilst exit is based on the bid price at any point in time. Entry into the portfolio is only by way of fresh funds and not existing equity holdings.

b) Separately Managed Accounts (SMA): Management of clients’ portfolio on a separate basis to reflect client’s personal investment objective and goals. Entry requirement is N50M.
