Kakawa Asset Management Limited (KAML) is Kakawa Discount House Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary which was set up in June 2004, having operated since 2001 as a department within Kakawa Discount House Limited. KAML is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as portfolio managers, and specializes in providing bespoke investment management services to Private Clients, Employee Schemes, and the Trustees of family settlements and Charities. Our unique, highly personal approach to investment management has earned us a reputation as one of Nigeria's most respected firms of money managers.

In managing the various funds for which it has oversight, KAML is guided by the principles of security of funds, high returns on investment, minimal risk and liquidity.

We believe that the primary objective of any fund is to generate sufficient investment returns, mindful of its risk exposure with the ultimate objective of attaining its set investment goals and preserving its capital.

These objectives are achieved through diversification and asset allocation.
