Unit Holders of KGIF will participate in any excess income earned by the Fund over and above the minimum guaranteed rate. That is, the excess return earned over the minimum guaranteed rate is split in the following ratio: 35% to unit holders; 1.5% to be placed in the Fund reserve account; 50% to the Fund Manager.

***this is an eddited addage to the sites content and should be ignored all together***

Also, the KGIF does not charge any ‘first line’ management fees. This means that the Fund Manager only earns a fee out of the excess income generated above the minimum guaranteed rate, and will at no time exceed 3.5% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund.
